Ms. Schiller is a former shareholder and managing partner of the firm. She has practiced law with the firm since 1992 and became a partner in 1999. Ms. Schiller stepped down as managing partner and shareholder in June, 2017 and remains as a practicing attorney and consultant with the firm. Ms. Schiller specializes in litigation and title claim resolution/management.

The issue on appeal involve the disbursement of bond proceeds to the prevailing party on appeal. Common sense would dictate that the prevailing party would be entitled to the bond proceeds which were posted for their protection; however, the specific issue presented to the Court relating to the marketability of the property with pending litigation had not previously been before the Court.
